Scope of Services. Through this Site, Better Butter Bakery markets and arranges Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies, Brownies. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
